Pre-Market Process

  • The first step in working together is to schedule a discovery call. We’ll have a conversation to understand your needs and goals, while also walking you through our process. We will then arrange a time and date to come out to your home for the Initial Consultation.

  • We begin with an on-site inspection to carefully assess your property and identify key areas for improvement. During this visit, we take into consideration your budget, timeframe, and any specific requirements you may have to define the project scope. We’ll inspect the property in detail, noting aspects that need attention and prioritising those that will have the most impact in appealing to potential buyers. Our goal is to provide practical recommendations that enhance your home’s appeal, ensuring it stands out in the market while staying within your desired budget and timeframe.

    Following our consultation, you will receive a detailed property report with a customised strategy, highlighting our recommendations on what to prioritise in order to attract potential buyers. We will also provide you with estimated quotes for recommended work to help you assess whether they fit within your budget. Additionally, we conduct property research on recent sales in your area to determine how your home compares in the current market.

    You will also receive a proposal outlining the fees, process, and costs for moving forward with implementing our advice and strategies.

  • Once you’re happy with the proposal and give us the go-ahead, we’ll begin working on the design concept for your project. We’ll collaborate with you to finalise details like paint finishes, material selections, carpet choices, and anything else included in the scope.

    There are two options for moving forward:

    1. You can take this document to your chosen tradespeople for implementation. It includes specific product codes to ensure the right items are supplied for your project.

    2. Alternatively, we can assist in putting you in contact with our network of trusted tradespeople. We’ll communicate your design selections with the tradies to ensure accurate pricing and alignment across the board.

  • After connecting you with our trusted tradespeople and ensuring you’re comfortable with their quotes, we oversee the implementation of our design strategies. While you manage the engagement directly to ensure you are happy at every stage, we will still remain actively involved, maintaining open communication with the trades to provide guidance and answer any design-related questions. This collaborative approach ensures a seamless process and a result that aligns with your vision.

  • Once the work is completed and you’re completely satisfied, it’s time to get your home ready for the market! We will liaise with your listing agent so that they are always in the loop of progress and timeframes. If you plan on having your property staged, we’ll coordinate with the property staging company to come in right after the trades are finished, ensuring everything is set up efficiently and without delays. This way, we can make sure your home is presented at its best and ready to attract potential buyers as quickly as possible, without wasting any time in between.
