We’re Pinn and Jaydn, a husband and wife team with a love for all things renovating and interiors.
Our love for property and interior design started early, with our very first renovation at just 19 years old. What began as a passion project quickly grew into something more, and over the past ten years along with raising our four children, we have bought, renovated, and sold seven properties. Through these experiences, we’ve encountered many of the common challenges that come with renovating and have gained invaluable knowledge along the way. We understand that not everyone enjoys the process, but for us, it’s something we truly love. Our goal is to share our knowledge and help others navigate their own projects with confidence and ease.
As a qualified interior designer and a background in the finance sector, Pinn has a wealth of experience in creating spaces that truly feel like home, thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique needs and lifestyles of each family. From selecting durable fabrics that can withstand busy little hands to ensuring there’s plenty of storage for all of life’s essentials, designing and specifying options for growing families is very close to our heart.
Over the past decade, we've had the privilege of running a successful painting business in Newcastle, giving us invaluable hands-on experience in how a well-executed cosmetic renovation can truly transform both the appearance and value of a home. Managing teams across various job-sites has helped us refine our ability to keep things running smoothly, meet deadlines and coordinate trades - skills we’ve also learned to apply while managing our busy household of four boys!
When we’re not scrolling Domain for our next project or debating the perfect paint shade of white, we are spending quality time with our four boys. With strong family ties to rugby league and the local surf club, our weekends are often spent at the beach, kicking the ball at the park, or packing up the caravan for a little getaway.
